Founder & Acting Director
Major Wuff is the Founder and Acting Director of FANG—the Furry Association of North Georgia. Based in Atlanta, he leads the community with a background in technology and a soft spot for helping people find their pack.

BOWLING AT STARS AND STRIKES
Dusti Cortez and Mercury Kitsune run FANG’s Bowling Night together in Stone Mountain. Dusti is the Events Manager at Stars and Strikes and coordinates venue approvals.

Entertainment Manager · Bartender · Guest Management
Mercury coordinates entertainment, guest management, and bar operations, including exotic dance performances where applicable. He also helps run Bowling Night alongside Dusti.

Oversees marketing and promotion for FANG and the convention. Sly works with the creative team on campaigns, messaging, promotional releases, and broader community outreach.

Leads creative content planning and production, coordinating with Sly Cougar on marketing priorities. Tolfy provides creative direction for the team and IT assistance as needed.
A/V & Marketing/Creative Lead
Leads A/V and marketing/creative work alongside Astrol. Spencer coordinates creative assignments and deliverables with Tolfy and serves as the direct point of contact for JamieBun and Everest Raposo.
Social Media, Graphic Design & PR · Event Bartender
Supports content creation, graphics, promotional materials, and public relations, with creative assignments coordinated by Spencer. JamieBun also supports event bar service.

Leads A/V and marketing/creative work alongside Spencer, coordinating event audio, video, photography, and media production. Astrol works with the creative team on content planning and capture for upcoming promotions.
OPERATIONS, SAFETY & COMMUNITY
The people coordinating volunteers, keeping events and chats welcoming, and making the technical details work.
Deputy of Operations · Lead Volunteer & Personnel Coordinator
Coordinates staffing and operational assignments, recruits volunteers, and matches their skills with the right tasks. Onyx works with department leads to identify staffing gaps, including registration, bar service, and security.
Director of Safety & Security · Creative Liaison / Artist
Leads safety and security planning, coordinates security personnel, and assists with registration. Elijah also supports artwork and creative projects, coordinating creative assignments through Spencer under Tolfy’s direction.

Technical Production Lead
A purple wolf with a love of technical wizardry, good company, and convincing stubborn equipment to cooperate.
Lead Community Moderator
Jonas manages FANG’s community and group chats, leading day-to-day moderation and community relations. He helps keep conversations welcoming, members connected, and questions and concerns heard.
PROPOSED REPORTING STRUCTURE
Major Wuff leads FANG as Founder & Acting Director, with Deputy Director Derka working directly with him. The department coordination lines below are proposed in the team recap; for anyone wearing multiple hats, the reporting line follows the task.
FANG leadership Sly Cougar Tolfy Spencer and Astrol for A/V and marketing/creative leadership. JamieBun and Everest Raposo coordinate creative assignments directly with Spencer.
Spencer and Astrol share leadership of A/V and marketing/creative work, aligning media priorities with Marketing and event setup with Operations.
FANG leadership Onyx for volunteer staffing, registration coordination, and operational assignments.
Mercury coordinates entertainment and guest operations through Onyx. JamieBun follows Mercury for event bar assignments, with staffing coordinated by Onyx.
Elijah reports directly to FANG leadership for safety and security decisions, while coordinating staffing and event logistics with Onyx.
For creative assignments, Elijah works through Spencer under Tolfy’s direction.
